- Between visit check-Ins for help and suggestions
- Personalized Restaurant Menus from Your Favorite Local Restaurants: Sushi, Italian, Bar and Grill, Chinese, Steakhouse, etc. PLUS: Chain restaurants such as California Pizza Kitchen, Cheesecake Factory, Legal Sea Foods, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, and more!
- Send in restaurant menus where you will be dining for the week and I'll tell you the best options
- Unlimited texts and emails asking about food products and menu choices
WEEK 1: RENOVATE YOUR FOODIE KITCHEN TO A HEALTHY FOOD PARADISE: I'll show you healthy and tasty products you can find at your local supermarket, including specialty stores such as Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and even Target! We'll also go through your refrigerator, freezer, and pantry and I'll advise you on what to keep and toss.
WEEK 2: A DELICIOUS GUIDE TO TAKE OUT, RESTAURANTS & EVERYTHING IN-BETWEEN: Find out the best choices at your favorite restaurants, including chains such as Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, and Panera. I'll highlight your menus so you’ll always know what to get when you place your order. We're going to discuss everything from sushi, diners, pizza, acai bowls, Chinese food, Italian food, and more!
WEEK 3: LET'S GO SHOPPING: We're going to take a field trip to your local supermarket of choice. I'll show you meal and snack ideas that are easy to prepare and taste great!
WEEK 4: COOKING UP YUMMY MEALS & SNACKS: Cooking doesn’t have to be difficult or time consuming. I will teach you and your family how to prepare quick, healthy, and tasty meals that you can make on your own or with some help from a family member or friend. We'll also go over great cookbooks, make a Pinterest account, and you'll get delicious recipes.

PARTIES, HOLIDAYS & EVERYTHING IN-BETWEEN: I'm going to teach you strategies to navigate parties and holidays for healthy eating picks. I'll continue to work on meal planning with you to find additional meals you would enjoy.
HEALTHY CAMPERS: Going away to sleepaway camp? We’ll take a look at your camp menus and show you “tricks and hacks” to eat healthfully while you’re away for the summer. Don’t worry, I’ll make sure to include healthy indulgences at canteen and other times.
TEEN TOUR TRAVEL: Leaving for a few weeks on a teen tour where you’re dining out for many meals? We’ll talk about how to make healthy choices when traveling while enjoying meals from unique destinations.
PLANT-BASED EATING: Trying to include more plant-based meals into your week? We’ll discuss healthy products so you’re making the right choices, and we’ll incorporate them into meal plans. We can include lean protein or keep your meals vegetarian based.
COLLEGE LIVING AND DINING: Finding it tough to find good choices in your dining hall or ordering in late-night? We’ll go through your menus and dining options to find tasty and healthy ideas. I'll show you some easy tricks and hacks too. If you’re living off campus, we’ll discuss easy recipes and freezer and refrigerator friendly convenience foods.
